Work Environment\n

This position offers a unique remote work setting that allows for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with the school community. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with educators, counselors, and family members to promote mental health awareness and facilitate therapeutic interventions. While our operational hours run Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, be prepared for occasional evening or weekend hours to address urgent client needs and support school events.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students dealing with major mental health issues or severe emotional disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is working with school-aged children and adolescents who experience various emotional and psychological challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related stress. The LCSW will play an essential role in connecting students to resources, ensuring they have access to the support they need within the school environment and beyond.
