Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate appropriate therapeutic modalities and foster personal growth.

• Provide individual therapy sessions that address clients’ emotional and psychological challenges, using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Set and manage therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly assess progress toward these objectives.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for all clients, especially those facing logistical challenges.

• Accurately document all client interactions and maintain comprehensive records to adhere to ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work primarily with adults and adolescents facing a wide range of mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and emotional regulation challenges. We focus on client empowerment, creating a supportive therapeutic alliance that encourages openness and participation in the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate meaningful client interactions.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a dynamic caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, preference will be given to those with experience in outpatient settings, particularly those who have worked with diverse populations or have additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities. Experience in teletherapy is also advantageous, given our commitment to flexible, accessible care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
