Work Environment\n

This role will primarily function in a telehealth setting, allowing you to work remotely while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. Your scheduled hours will typically be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on client needs. By using leading telehealth platforms, you will facilitate meaningful interactions that help clients achieve their therapeutic goals in a secure and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments via telehealth, utilizing solution-focused interventions to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to address the specific needs of clients effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accuracy in documentation to support ongoing treatment.

• Collaborate consistently with an interdisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals to optimize patient care.

• Participate in peer review meetings and case consultations regularly, fostering a culture of shared knowledge and continuous improvement in treatment quality.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and appropriate community resources to encourage holistic recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
