Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions that prioritize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to encourage healing and growth.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers within our clinic to orchestrate a holistic treatment plan that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Advocate effectively for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary community resources and mental health services.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in our electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, consisting of individuals and families from various backgrounds facing unique challenges related to mental health. You will be working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, and it will be vital to develop culturally competent strategies to support them effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Oregon is mandatory.

• At least two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• A competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
