Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW with Balanced Insight Counseling Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing multiple therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement impactful interventions aimed at fostering resilience and coping strategies.

• Maintaining meticulous client records compliant with HIPAA regulations and ensuring confidentiality at all times, utilizing our secure electronic medical record (EMR) system for documentation.
