Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' unique experiences and create tailored treatment plans that consider their backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in New York State.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-backed treatment strategies, and a strong commitment to cultural competence in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
