We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in person at our local office. If you bring a strong administrative background, accounts payable expertise, and a passion for service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Processing: Accurately scan, assign, enter, and route bills for payment; execute vendor payments and prepare monthly owner packets and disbursements.

• Property Operations Support: Process work orders efficiently with vendors to keep property investments running smoothly for owners and residents.

• Front-Line Service: Maintain a welcoming environment by ensuring residents receive prompt, courteous support.

• Administrative Operations: Deliver reliable clerical support and handle general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent; proven experience in administrative roles and accounts payable.

• Required Skills: High proficiency with computers, exceptional customer service, and superior organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Preferred: Prior experience in a property management setting and familiarity with property management software and web-based screening platforms.

Compensation, Schedule & Growth

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (In-person)

• Pay Range: Hourly equivalent of $19.00+ per hour (salaried base, dependent on experience)
