Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), ensuring to tailor approaches to meet each patient's unique needs.

• Review and analyze intake notes, initial self-report questionnaires, sleep diaries, and related documentation to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Evaluate patients' progress regularly and document findings and updates in our e-medical records system to facilitate a cohesive treatment process.

• Maintain open communication channels with patients concerning clinical and administrative matters, fostering a trusting environment conducive to recovery.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations and enhance patient service quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals affected by insomnia, who may also experience anxiety or other co-occurring conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in providing therapy to patients with insomnia or related sleep disorders.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with word processing, email communication, spreadsheet management, and e-medical records systems.

• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment, contributing positively to collective goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
