Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for all clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, employing your clinical judgment and compassion to stabilize situations and provide support.

• Participate actively in community outreach and educational programs designed to normalize mental health discussions and reduce stigma around mental illnesses.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including assessment and treatment of individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current, independent, and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• An advanced degree (master's or doctoral) in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build therapeutic relationships and convey empathy effectively.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity toward the unique needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in a community mental health setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy delivery methods is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
