Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health concerns, strengths, and resources of students.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address students’ specific mental health needs and goals, regularly assessing and adjusting strategies based on progress.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, school counselors, and faculty members to ensure a well-rounded approach to student care.
\n
• Facilitate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans to support students during acute challenges.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to educate students on coping strategies and mental health awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with students facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral problems. Your clinical expertise will help to equip these young individuals with skills to overcome obstacles and enhance their emotional well-being, ultimately contributing to a more positive school experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably with adolescents or children in school systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
