Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical condition and establishing baseline metrics for treatment.
• Create personalized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to specialties such as orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions directly at our clinic, utilizing scientifically validated practices to produce measurable improvements in patients' functions.
• Communicate clearly with patients and their caregivers, offering education and support to enhance understanding of treatment processes and expected outcomes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and refine care strategies, maximizing patient outcomes through collaborative efforts.
• Facilitate ongoing communication with referring physicians to update them on patient progress and any necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Meet established minimum utilization goals and contribute to the achievement of broader organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be responsible for managing a broad range of clinical cases, focusing on providing care that is effective and empathetic. Our patients span various demographics and include those recovering from surgery, athletes seeking rehabilitative care, and children dealing with developmental delays. Your role will also entail engaging with the community to educate on preventive measures and promote health awareness.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with proficiency in word processing and basic computer applications.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
