With an experienced team comprised of two physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA), our practice emphasizes collaboration, education, and innovative treatment methods to ensure optimal recovery for every patient.

Work Environment

You will be working onsite at our outpatient office, which fosters a collaborative atmosphere among healthcare professionals. Our typical work schedule runs Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess each patient's condition, identifying their specific rehabilitation needs within a healthcare framework.
• Manage a structured patient load, typically treating one patient per hour to ensure thorough care and attention.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's rehabilitative goals.
• Utilize a range of treatment modalities and evidence-based practices, including manual therapy techniques and exercise regimens, to enhance patient outcomes.
• Motivate patients throughout their recovery journey, encouraging them to achieve their maximum functional abilities.
• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness and patient progress, making immediate adjustments as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans comprehensively in accordance with clinic procedures and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with physical therapist assistants, physicians, and other healthcare providers to create cohesive care strategies.
• Promote preventative measures and healthy lifestyle choices to improve patients' overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients primarily consist of orthopedic patients recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our practice is committed to making physical therapy accessible and effective for everyone, focusing on personalizing care to meet the needs of each individual. This means you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, developing meaningful therapeutic relationships that contribute directly to their health and well-being.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure and certification as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• No history of board actions or disciplinary measures taken against the license.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and functional rehabilitation.
• Ability to expertly develop and oversee tailored exercise programs.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist within orthopedic outpatient environments, particularly managing non-surgical interventions.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, such as WebPT, to track patient progress and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
