This role is based in Boston, MA, offering $38-45\/ hour, is starting ASAP. The part-time hours are 4 hours a day Monday-Friday equaling 10-20 hours a week depending on needs. This part-time executive assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping manage competing priorities, coordinate extensive travel, and ensure day-to-day operations run seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and meeting logistics. Prepare meeting notes and follow-up communications. Prioritize incoming requests and act as a gatekeeper for the CEO's time. Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives and commitments. Support scheduling for executive meetings, investor discussions, board-related activities, and customer-facing events. Qualifications: 5-10 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably a CEO. Experience working within a startup, early-stage company, biotechnology, healthcare, life sciences, or other high-growth environments. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think ahead, anticipate needs, and solve problems independently. Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling\/calendar management tools. Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
