Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health to diagnose conditions and create tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions focusing on relationship dynamics, emotional coping, and conflict resolution.

• Provide therapeutic strategies for issues such as grief and loss, marital conflicts, blended family adjustments, and more.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, making referrals to specialists when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include a diverse range of individuals and families facing various challenges, including but not limited to relational conflicts, substance abuse, mental health disorders, grief, and adjustment issues linked to separation or divorce. You will work to create a safe space for clients to express their feelings and experiences, fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance that is pivotal in healing.

Qualifications\n

• You must hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
