Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to identify students' emotional and psychological needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with students, taking into account their specific goals and cultural considerations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), tailored to each student's needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services promptly and effectively, collaborating with school staff and other healthcare professionals to address acute distress.

• Document all clinical interactions and interventions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in alignment with compliance regulations.
\n
• Educate patients and their families by providing psychoeducation that equips them with tools to manage mental health challenges successfully.
\n
• Engage in regular outcome assessments to evaluate treatment efficacy and adjust plans as necessary to ensure optimal student support.

• Stay updated with current mental health research, integrating new knowledge into your clinical practice to enhance care delivery.

• Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality in all patient interactions and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. Your ability to connect with a diverse student body and understand their unique circumstances will be vital as you support their journey towards emotional resilience and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.

• Must possess an active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
