Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for new patients, including thorough review of medical history, physical assessments, and determination of individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to explain evaluation findings, treatment goals, and the therapeutic process, ensuring they are actively engaged in their recovery journey.

Qualifications
