Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our Leesburg facility, which is designed to foster a dynamic and collaborative environment. Our work schedule is structured for your convenience, with hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one therapy sessions that cater to each patient's unique rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a balanced caseload, ensuring each patient receives the attention and detail required for effective treatment outcomes.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic and outpatient care, drawing on a minimum of two years' experience in similar settings.
• Employ innovative and cost-effective therapeutic techniques to improve patient mobility, strength, and functionality.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate a multitude of evidence-based techniques and methodologies.
• Focus on promoting non-surgical intervention options to assist patients in minimizing reliance on medications.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, cultivating a positive and empowering environment.
• Regularly assess and document patients' progress, maintaining accurate and thorough records compliant with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care, ensuring seamless integration of services across the continuum of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We cater primarily to an outpatient clientele, including athletes seeking recovery from sports-related injuries, individuals requiring rehabilitation post-surgery, and patients managing chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, with preference given to candidates holding a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• An active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
• A clean professional record with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manual therapy techniques and a proven ability to develop effective exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Competence in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for maintaining accurate patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Demonstration of continuous professional development through ongoing education and engagement with the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
