Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of clients living with severe emotional and mental health disorders, working both in virtual sessions and community outreach as required.

• Establish positive relationships with clients by demonstrating trust and empathy to promote effective therapeutic outcomes, making adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Develop integrated care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive services that address their unique needs.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and detailed assessments to determine the best course of intervention, tailoring your approach to meet developmental and cultural considerations.

• Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance service delivery and client care, while also committing to continuous professional development.

• Monitor treatment progress and regularly communicate with a network of providers to ensure coordinated care delivery across different service platforms.

In this role, you will primarily serve adults with significant mental health challenges, including those facing issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
