Key Responsibilities\n

  Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients who seek relaxation, coping strategies, and improved mental health.

  Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify each client's unique stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, allowing for personalized treatment planning.

  Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathwork, fostering self-awareness and emotional regulation.

  Facilitate dynamic group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and strategies for building resilience.

  Incorporate mindfulness strategies into individual therapy sessions, specifically addressing the diverse mental health concerns that clients present.

Qualifications\n

  A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

  Valid licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Maryland is essential.

  Experience in mindfulness-based interventions, including significant training in MBSR, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
