Workplace Coordinator
A high-growth company is looking for a Workplace Coordinator to support day-to-day office operations. This is a rare opportunity to be part of one of the most ambitious and well-funded companies operating today and scaling rapidly across automation.
This role is the operational backbone of the office. You will be the person who keeps things running, the space clean and organized, employees supported, and vendors and teams coordinating seamlessly. It is a great fit for someone hands-on, proactive, and energized by fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional office environment daily
- Manage supply inventory and handle employee tickets and requests, resolving issues efficiently
- Coordinate with vendors including cleaning, maintenance, and delivery services
- Partner with cross-functional teams on space and operational needs
- Support office moves, reconfigurations, and internal events from start to finish
- Serve as a reliable and approachable point of contact for all office needs
- Proactively identify gaps and implement solutions before they become problems
Requirements
- 2+ years in a workplace, facilities, or office operations role
- Strong communicator comfortable with employees and leadership at all levels
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience with vendor management and service coordination
- Experience with ticketing or facilities platforms
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
