Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering professional relationships that adhere to ethical counseling practices.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate, adapting strategies based on individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse outpatient population, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. This focus on comprehensive, client-centered care requires sensitivity and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in professional counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, providing direct psychotherapy services.

• Proficiency in utilizing computers and various software systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and clinical management systems like PIMSY.

• Ability to engage with diverse client populations and provide empathetic, effective therapeutic support.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth or remote counseling is preferred but not required. Familiarity with psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers will be advantageous. Candidates with a background in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness practices will especially resonate with our approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
