Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, collecting detailed histories and analyzing family dynamics to facilitate access to appropriate community-based services.

• Deliver evidence-based counseling services via telehealth, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client requirements, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive treatment plans based on clients' needs, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to promote optimal mental health outcomes.

• Create detailed clinical documentation, recording findings related to patients' medical and psychological histories, treatment interventions, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulations.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, offering insights into clients’ psychosocial stressors, family situations, and community challenges to enhance collective understanding and improve family outcomes.

• Engage with clients experiencing crisis situations, demonstrating a strong understanding of substance abuse, trauma, domestic violence, and other mental health challenges, facilitating connections with relevant local resources when needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California.

• Demonstrated experience delivering counseling services to individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds and varying socioeconomic statuses.

Compensation and Benefits\n
