Work Environment\n

This position is completely remote, allowing you flexibility in how and where you work while ensuring that you are connected with a supportive team focused on collaborative care. Your standard working hours will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will utilize various telehealth platforms to engage with clients, provide counseling sessions, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a seamless approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, ensuring thorough documentation of medical histories, treatment plans, and outcomes.

• Utilize telehealth technology effectively to deliver counseling services and maintain regular communication with clients, allowing for a continuous support landscape.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse client base, including individuals grappling with various mental health conditions as well as those facing crises related to substance abuse, domestic violence, child maltreatment, and trauma. Understanding cultural sensitivities and employing trauma-informed care approaches will be essential in establishing trust and effectively supporting our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in California is mandatory.

• Strong ability to provide counseling services to a wide range of clients, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques and interventions.
