Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to clients through secure video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive virtual environment.

• Conduct thorough and ongoing assessments of client needs, behaviors, and mental health status to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on supporting stable, low-acuity adults who may be experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns. Your clients may range from those coping with everyday stressors to individuals navigating transitions in their lives. The goal is to provide a safe, validating space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings, ultimately leading to improvements in their overall mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state license in one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with the ability to practice independently without supervision.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your license, demonstrating a commitment to ethical practice.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of computer literacy to navigate our digital counseling tools effectively.

• A stable Wi-Fi connection to support telehealth services and ensure uninterrupted client counseling sessions.
