Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions using secure video conferencing to establish a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Implement evidence-based treatment methodologies tailored to the individual needs and goals of each client, ensuring a personalized therapeutic experience.
• Develop comprehensive therapy plans that outline specific objectives and strategies for each client, encouraging their active engagement in the therapeutic process.
• Foster healthy coping mechanisms and encourage clients to explore various self-care strategies to enhance their emotional resilience.
• Continuously assess client progress through regular evaluations, being prepared to adjust treatment plans and techniques as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will encompass a wide range of clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will serve a diverse population, adapting your services to meet the unique cultural and personal needs of each client. This role is vital in promoting mental health awareness and providing crucial support to those who may have limited access to traditional in-office therapy.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage your schedule to meet client needs.
• Excellent communication skills complemented by a thorough understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Comfort with technology and virtual communication tools necessary for effective teletherapy.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, additional experience in teletherapy or specific populations (such as adolescents, LGBTQ+, or trauma-informed care) is highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a record of implementing innovative therapeutic techniques will enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits
