Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial evaluations of clients to identify their needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy sessions, adapting approaches based on client assessment and preferences.

• Actively collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare team members in program planning and client care.

• Document client interactions accurately within electronic medical records (EMR) to comply with regulatory standards and aid in continuity of care.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and agency policies while managing sensitive client information confidentially.

• Provide crisis intervention and triage evaluations as needed, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
