Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering positive therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that goals are realistic and achievable.

• Regularly review client progress, discussing stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge planning when appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide services to a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Experience in conducting intake assessments and providing individual psychotherapy to clients.
