Key Responsibilities\n

• Initial Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new clients to understand their mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide evidence-based therapy techniques to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities based on client needs.

• Collaborative Care: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic treatment for each client.

• Documentation: Maintain meticulous clinical records to comply with legal and ethical standards while ensuring clients' confidentiality.

• Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and staying current with mental health research to enhance skills and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from individuals experiencing anxiety and depression to those navigating more complex issues such as trauma, substance abuse, or family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of prior counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
