Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, counseling individuals, couples, and families to foster communication and resolve conflicts.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and reviewing the latest mental health research to enhance your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include individuals from various backgrounds, many of whom may have limited access to mental health services. This role involves working with clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your cultural competency and empathetic approach will be essential in building rapport and trust with clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, ideally within an outpatient setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse client populations.

• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
