Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct confidential therapy sessions via secure video calls, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment for clients.

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities—such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques—to cater to clients' specific needs.

• Create personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting them based on therapeutic progress.

• Encourage clients' resilience through the implementation of coping strategies and provide psychoeducation to help them understand their situations.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
