Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in a variety of therapeutic sessions aimed at fostering healthier relationships and improving mental wellbeing. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions for clients experiencing mental health challenges.
\n
• Facilitating couples and family counseling sessions to promote communication and conflict resolution.
\n
• Assessing clients’ needs and developing tailored treatment plans that address specific issues such as grief, family conflict, and adjustment to life changes.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based modalities to deliver effective therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and improved treatment outcomes.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will address a wide range of psychological and social issues, such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Oregon.
\n
• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence and patient care.

Preferred Experience\n
