Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver one-on-one, couples, and family therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, focusing on the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, relationship dynamics, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual or family unit.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including family systems theory and systemic interventions, to effectively manage issues related to communication, conflict resolution, and family stressors.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support as needed to maintain client and family safety during critical situations.

• Record detailed and confidential therapy notes, treatment plans, and progress reports while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Educate clients on healthy communication techniques, coping mechanisms, and conflict resolution strategies to enhance their relational and emotional wellness.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and fellow therapists, to ensure a well-rounded approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults and children/adolescents dealing with diverse mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics. Engaging with clients from various backgrounds, you will address their unique stories and circumstances, thereby contributing to significant improvements in their overall mental health and interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current the Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Oregon.

• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related mental health field is required.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience providing therapy services is mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in outpatient therapy services is preferred, enhancing your ability to relate to clients in a nuanced manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to this salary, we provide a sign-on bonus for qualified licensed therapists joining our team.
