Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting scheduled therapy sessions with individuals through video conferencing, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.

• Facilitating discussions that encourage clients to express their emotions, experiences, and challenges, while guiding them toward understanding and coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A completed Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid, unrestricted license to practice independently: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. Provisional licenses or any records of disciplinary action are not acceptable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Additional benefits include:
