Supervisory Program Analyst.

Responsibilities Collaborate with senior executives, program offices, OIT partners, contractors, and external stakeholders to resolve complex data issues. Oversee mission‑critical data products and reporting capabilities used for executive decision‑making, workload management, performance analysis, fraud detection, Congressional inquiries, FOIA responses, nationwide operational oversight, and contractor performance. Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for data analysis, database operations, data integration, reporting, modernization, and program management activities. Develop strategic plans, policies, governance frameworks, performance measures, and operational improvements supporting enterprise data and analytics capabilities. Provide oversight of the enterprise data environment, reporting platforms, database administration activities, ETL processes, data quality controls, and modernization initiatives. Lead efforts to modernize business processes, improve reporting capabilities, strengthen data governance, and enhance the reliability, security, and usability of enterprise data products. Work Schedule Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Telework This position is eligible for situational (ad hoc) telework only. The selectee must report to the official duty station each scheduled workday. Telework may be approved on a case‑by‑case basis with supervisory approval; routine or recurring telework is not authorized. Position Supervisory Program Analyst; GS‑0343‑15 (PD# 41495‑0). Requirements 1‑year probationary period during which fitness and public‑interest advancement will be evaluated. U.S. citizenship required. Selective Service registration required for males born after 12/31/1959. Subject to background/security investigation. Time‑in‑Grade Requirement Applicants who have held a GS grade within the past 52 weeks must have served 52 weeks at the GS‑14 level for a GS‑15 position. An SF‑50 showing eligibility must be submitted. Minimum Qualification Requirement (GS‑15) Specialized experience: 1 year equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Experience leading and overseeing enterprise data warehouse operations within a large‑scale organization, including database administration, integration, analytics, information management, operational support, and ETL processes (e.g., Informatica). Support enterprise reporting and data management activities. Volunteer Experience Volunteer work through National Service programs or other community organizations is considered qualifying experience. All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be credited. Full‑time Employment Full‑time employment is at least 35 hours per week. Part‑time experience may be credited on a pro‑rated basis; specify average hours worked. Physical Requirements Position is sedentary.
