Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or mindfulness techniques tailored to meet the specific goals and preferences of your clients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address a wide range of mental health challenges, fostering personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health care professionals to provide seamless care and ensure that all patient needs are met.

• Respond to crises by offering immediate support and intervention, ensuring that patients feel safe and supported during difficult times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW to practice in Washington State.
\n
• A strong grasp of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and best practices in cultural competency.

• Proven experience providing individual and group therapy using inclusive and culturally responsive methods.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
