Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

• Create comprehensive treatment plans that effectively address each client’s unique mental health requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with stable, low-acuity adult clients experiencing a diverse array of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Your psychological insights and therapeutic skills will empower individuals to achieve significant improvements in their well-being and daily functioning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Must possess one of the following licenses to practice independently: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• No limited/provisional licenses or prior disciplinary actions are permitted.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to client-centered care.

• Strong computer skills, as you will utilize a telehealth platform for therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in telehealth services is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 based on experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
