Accounts Payable SpecialistWe're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and check requests while supporting smooth financial operations across the organization.If you have strong attention to detail, a passion for accuracy, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesValidate invoice header information within the imaging system to ensure accuracy.Route invoices within the imaging system to appropriate site workgroups for coding and approvals.Perform 2-way or 3-way purchase order (PO) match processes.Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve invoice and PO discrepancies.Respond to Accounts Payable requests via email or phone within a 24-hour turnaround.Reconcile supplier statements/accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding credit balances.Research and resolve issues causing invoices to remain on hold.Generate and review reports required for month-end closing.Preferred QualificationsBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldOracle experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working within system interface structuresIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel10-key proficiency and accuracyFamiliarity with Microsoft OutlookHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service skills with both internal and external stakeholdersSelf-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities
