About ScoreMore

ScoreMore Travel builds co-branded hotel booking platforms for sports organizations. When teams, families, and fans book hotels through a partner's portal, they pay the same public rates they'd find anywhere else, and the organization earns money back on every booking. It costs the partner nothing. We're turning travel that already happens into revenue for the programs that need it.

The Role

This is a full-cycle sales role, and the math is simple: conversations turn into closed deals, and closed deals turn into your paycheck. We give organizations a free new revenue stream, so we rarely hear "no" once we're in front of the right person. Your job is to get in front of as many decision-makers as possible.

You'll prospect by phone, email, LinkedIn, and Instagram DM, then run the demo and close the partnership. You'll own your pipeline from first touch to signed deal.

You'll be trained directly by our CEO, who has built multiple startups and outbound sales engines and closed numerous seven-figure deals. If you want real reps at every stage of a sale, plus hands-on mentorship early in your career, this is the job.

What You'll Do

• Prospect sports organizations through high-volume outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and Instagram
\n
• Book and run discovery calls and demos
\n
• Close partnership agreements
\n
• Manage your pipeline and activity in HubSpot
\n
• Follow a proven playbook, give feedback on what's working, and help improve it
\n
• Hit weekly activity targets and monthly partnership goals
\n

No prior experience with any of these is needed. We'll train you on all of them.

Who You Are

\n
• Competitive. You've played sports at a high level, and you hate losing more than you like winning. Club and travel sports experience is the biggest plus. College athletes are also strongly preferred.
\n
• Coachable. You take feedback, apply it fast, and run the play.
\n
• Built for volume. More conversations mean more deals, and you'll put in the dials to get there.
\n
• A clear communicator in writing and on the phone.
\n
• Self-driven. You work remotely without anyone looking over your shoulder.
\n
• 0–3 years of professional experience. Sales experience is strongly preferred but not required. If you've sold anything, from camp registrations to cars to your own side hustle, we want to hear about it.
\n
• Bonus: you know the travel sports world from the inside, whether as a player, coach, or tournament staffer.
\n

Location

This role is remote, but easy access to Chicago is preferred (for example, living near a major airport). Remote work is great for a lot of reasons, but face time matters too. Expect to come in person periodically for training and quarterly reviews.

Compensation

• $40,000 base salary
\n
• $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE), with uncapped commission
\n
