Key Responsibilities\n

In your role, you will be tasked with the following key responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), promoting personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting these goals based on progress.

• Utilize teletherapy for clients preferring virtual sessions or those with mobility challenges, ensuring equitable access to mental health support.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license issued by the state to practice as a mental health professional, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n
