Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across diverse formats, including individual and group therapy, employing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.

• Lead psychoeducational and support group sessions to foster community engagement and address mental health concerns collectively.
\n
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute mental health challenges, offering immediate support as needed.
\n
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development efforts to remain current in the field.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies, with proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment strategies based on individual patient evaluations.

• Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations through both individual and group modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and patient rapport-building.

• Commitment to professional ethics and sound judgment in maintaining boundaries.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfort with technology in delivering telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
