Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique history, needs, and goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant methods suited to client diagnoses.

• Regularly track and monitor client progress towards established therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy services as needed, ensuring accessibility for all clients, particularly those facing logistic challenges in attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring clarity and accountability in client care.

• Engage actively in professional development opportunities, continuing education, and peer supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as either an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.
