Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' needs, challenges, and strengths, laying the foundation for individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from a broad spectrum of backgrounds and experiences, including diverse cultural, social, and economic contexts. Our focus is on clients experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your sensitivity to cultural differences and ability to tailor therapeutic interventions will be crucial in establishing rapport and trust with clients.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively build therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling you to work effectively with individuals from various backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in documentation practices to ensure compliance with health regulations and quality assurance protocols.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a community mental health setting, particularly in telehealth service delivery.
