Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on therapy including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to facilitate recovery and enhance patient mobility.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring seamless coordination with physicians and nurses.
• Track patient progress through detailed record-keeping and maintain independent documentation as per state regulations and facility protocols.
• Educate patients and their families on the nature of injuries, rehabilitation strategies, and the importance of adherence to prescribed home exercise programs.

This role focuses on adults and children suffering from a variety of orthopedic injuries and conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
