Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and cultivating positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss their progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge planning when appropriate.
\n
• Create, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet individual client needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and progress notes, contributing to efficient treatment and accountability.
\n
• Administer intake assessments to evaluate and document client needs and treatment goals.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions and support.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision to continuously enhance professional skills and clinical knowledge.

The clients you will serve may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Ability to meet credentialing requirements as stipulated by our clinic.

• A minimum of one year of professional experience in working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals facing substance use issues.

• Experience in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and providing individual and group therapy.

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth practice, with familiarity in utilizing virtual counseling tools.

• A background in community mental health, providing insights into diverse client needs.

• Proficiency in additional therapeutic modalities that support an integrative approach to mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
