Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial client interactions to determine therapeutic needs and establish a common understanding of treatment goals.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions tailored for individuals, couples, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and family systems therapy.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set measurable treatment goals, monitoring their progress and adjusting therapeutic strategies as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation reflects treatment delivered.

• Stay current with industry trends and professional guidelines by participating in ongoing training and workshops to continuously improve your therapeutic practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with clients from a wide array of backgrounds, dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and trauma. You will be expected to approach each case with sensitivity and understanding, recognizing the importance of cultural and contextual factors in treatment. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and active LMFT licensure in Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
