Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations during initial sessions to understand clients' personal histories and needs, forming the foundation for personalized therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions through effective communication and active listening strategies, addressing emotional and relational challenges faced by individuals, couples, and families.

• Develop, implement, and regularly assess individualized treatment plans based on established goals, ensuring ongoing adjustment according to client progress and feedback.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active LMFT licensure in the state of Maryland.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Experience working in a remote telehealth capacity is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
