Base salary: Up to $250k

Plexus is working with a fast-growing financial technology company to appoint a Head of Growth who will build and lead its acquisition strategy.

The role covers two key opportunities: creating a scalable consumer user-acquisition engine and developing lender relationships and access to capital. The successful candidate may initially lead across both areas, although they could develop into separate functions over time. You will start with a small existing team with the plans to scale it out.

What you will do

• Build and own the consumer acquisition strategy, identifying the channels and propositions that can drive sustainable growth.
• Develop liquidity provider relationships and capital-acquisition opportunities where relevant.
• Establish clear performance targets and use data, experimentation, and customer insight to improve acquisition efficiency.
• Lead and expand the growth organisation in partnership with product, marketing, business development, and senior leadership.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience building and scaling an acquisition engine for a consumer financial product.
• Evidence of creating growth from an earlier stage, rather than primarily maintaining an established user base.
• Previous experience building teams, managing people, and developing a high-performing growth function.
• Strong commercial judgement and hands-on execution experience within fintech, financial services, crypto, or a related sector.
