Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their mental health and substance use challenges.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, ensuring that interactions are evidence-based and culturally sensitive.

• Monitor client progress in achieving treatment goals, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to facilitate the best outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services, effectively managing high-pressure situations to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in acute distress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and support for each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research, therapeutic methods, and trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients undergoing detoxification from substances, who may be experiencing co-occurring mental health disorders. Your expertise will help guide them through the complexities of recovery, addressing not only their immediate psychological needs but also fostering resilience against relapses. You will also support families affected by these issues, offering guidance and therapeutic resources to promote overall wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state license to practice clinical social work (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
