Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns accurately, fostering a comprehensive understanding of each individual’s background and needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique challenges and goals of each client, integrating therapeutic techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging open communication and trust while utilizing various therapeutic techniques to promote healing and growth.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers within our interdisciplinary team, ensuring a holistic approach to client care through consistent communication and coordinated efforts.

• Engage and educate clients’ families to involve them in the therapeutic process, helping them understand mental health issues and encouraging their support of the client’s recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines, ensuring all documentation accurately reflects treatment progress.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n
