Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured and supportive environment. Our outpatient office handle a variety of mental health issues from depression and anxiety to more complex emotional and behavioral challenges. You will work in a virtual environment equipped with advanced tools for communication and clinical documentation, ensuring seamless interaction with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals and challenges.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing clients’ emotional and psychological issues effectively.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and treatment adjustments in compliance with clinic policies and confidentiality requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, using best practices to assess and manage immediate emotional and behavioral crises.

• Engage with clients' families and support systems to create a holistic treatment approach, ensuring effective communication throughout the client’s care journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse outpatient population that includes individuals experiencing various mental health disorders. Our clients range from young adults to seniors, each presenting unique challenges and treatment needs. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their mental health journeys, offering support, and fostering resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working as a mental health counselor in an outpatient setting.

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Possess an active state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent licensure that is recognized in Washington State.
\n
• Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office Suite to ensure effective clinical documentation and communication.

• Exhibit a high degree of organization and self-directed work ethic to thrive in a remote work environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience managing diverse case loads in an outpatient mental health clinic is preferred. Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and trauma-informed care approaches will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
